Shark week tip! - updated

Hey ladies! So quite a few of my friends (off tumblr) have asked me how i get by shark week (or rather, the week before) with the temptations of chocolate goodness. my go to item? TRAIL MIX. I get the nutrients and benefits of the nuts and the chocolate cravings are taken care of!

update: as soon as you get home with your brand new awesome trail mix, separate it into sandwich baggie portions. I usually look at the nutrition facts and based on how many calories i want to consume, i use that measuring cup. for example, i want to consume no more than 150 calories per trail mix snack, so i use a 1/4 cup measurement and put that much into the baggie. if you don’t portion them out, you run the risk of eating the whole bag (its easy to do that w/o really noticing)

Guess who got a Planet Fitness Membership??!!

I’m in love with Planet Fitness’s No Judgement Zone motto. :) (although i have been doing some research and this No Judgement Zone thing is starting to look less and less true)

I’m with 24 Hour Fitness right now and will be dropping them once PF opens. What do you think yay or nay? Also wondering if I should upgrade to Black Card Member for Planet Fitness
